Mechanic Team Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Keolis, a leading global mobility company. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of mechanics, car body repairers, and electricians in our maintenance department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of mechanics, car body repairers, and electricians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
• Develop and implement work schedules and plans to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Participate in various meetings with the workshop manager to discuss ongoing projects, performance, and any issues that may arise.
• Train and develop the skills of your team members, including onboarding, monitoring, and evaluating their performance.
• Encourage and motivate your team to achieve their full potential, through regular feedback, coaching, and communication.
• Ensure that all team members adhere to quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Monitor and control the work performed by your team, including repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Communicate effectively with the operations team to ensure seamless bus operations.
• Manage administrative tasks and provide regular reporting on team performance.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in bus or industrial vehicle maintenance.
• Valid driving license (B) required.
• Having a D license would be an asset.
• Relevant qualifications, such as a CAP in mechanics or a BAC+2 in electrical or mechanical engineering.
