Job Title: Level 2 Technical Support Technician

Consort Group, a leading player in the augmented information systems field, is seeking a skilled Level 2 Technical Support Technician to join their team. As a key point of contact for users requiring technical assistance, you will play a crucial role in incident resolution, technical support, and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and handle user assistance requests via various channels.
  • Supervise and train service desk technicians to enhance their technical skills.
  • Act as the client interface for technical issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to workstations, printers, networks, software, etc.
  • Escalate complex incidents to higher levels when necessary.
  • Follow up on incidents until complete resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and updating of IT equipment.
  • Write technical reports and documents for users and the IT team.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and documentation of procedures.
  • Act as a backup for the team leader on reporting and team support.
Requirements:
  • Graduate in IT with experience as a Technical Support Technician.
  • Skills in Windows 10, Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, Citrix, and FortiClient.

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Customer service-oriented.
  • Dynamism, rigor, analytical thinking, and diagnostic ability.
