Job Summary

Hyatt Corporation is seeking a Seasonal Contract: Multifaceted Diver to join our team at the UB Hotel du Palais in France - Biarritz. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests.

About the Role

The Seasonal Contract: Multifaceted Diver will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and customer satisfaction
  • Providing excellent service to guests in a 7-point-of-sale environment
  • Working as part of a team of 5-10 people (dependent on season)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in French is required
