About the Role

As a Seasonal Contract Housekeeper/Laundry Hourly/Entry Level Employee, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and quality in our hotel rooms and public areas. You will work closely with the Front Office team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all hotel rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
• Perform laundry duties and maintain a high level of quality control
• Collaborate with the Front Office team to provide exceptional customer service
• Work effectively in a team environment to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in French is required
