Senior Marketing Manager for Capijobnew MTS France (Mobility & e-transactional Services)The primary missions of the Capijobnew Marketing department include: Content, Digital Marketing, and Customer Engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee one Junior Marketing Manager and manage the allocated budget for France.
- Sales Enablement – develop product positioning and messaging that sets Capijobnew's offerings apart in the marketplace.
- Campaign Management – devise strategies and manage marketing campaigns that enhance Capijobnew's brand presence and thought leadership to stimulate demand for its offerings.
- Lead Generation – organize local customer events and fairs (e.g., breakfasts, conferences).
- Account-Based Marketing – create and implement collateral and activities for key account bids.
- Digital Marketing – execute Modern Selling campaigns utilizing innovative tools (e.g., Pardot, LinkedIn sponsored campaigns, BrightTalk for webinars).
- Report KPIs through dashboards.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in solutions and content marketing, as well as business development in a technological environment is required.
- Proficiency in B2B marketing services is essential.
- Previous management experience is necessary, with the ability to report transversally.
- Familiarity with email push automation tools is a plus (e.g., Pardot Salesforce).
- Master's degree in Marketing for services.
- Exceptional written communication skills in French are mandatory.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and external parties.
- Adept at managing robust relationships with the product management team for content marketing and with local and/or market Heads of Sales for customer engagement activities.
This position is based in France.
