What will your responsibilities entail?
Research & Development
● Cultivate a culture of inquiry and entrepreneurial spirit along with ongoing enhancement
● Investigate, conceptualize, and prototype opportunities that elevate our competitive edge
● Innovate and propose cost-efficient technical solutions to tackle business challenges, including enhancements in development, processes, and governance standards.
Architecture & Engineering
● Establish the vision and enhance an engineering culture
● Develop technical and solution design architectures that underpin next-generation products and platforms, ranging from prototype development to intricate platform integrations and environments, including cloud infrastructure
● Collaborate with local, nearshore, and offshore teams, managing round-the-clock development
● Design software that scales according to team and client requirements.
Governance & Quality
● Oversee existing development and QA teams, both internal and external, through all necessary governance processes, ensuring a high-quality final product
● Formulate highly effective development teams delivering within a distributed agile framework
● Lead code and technical design reviews to assist teams in delivering their best work
● Foster accountability within teams to ensure adherence to production procedures, security compliance, documentation, and control, continuously enhancing these aspects

Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Experience in the A&D related industry

- Experience in pre-sales activities and project delivery
