Role Overview:

As a pivotal member of our sales team, you will take on the role of Regional Sales Manager for GMS in the South-West, overseeing the vibrant markets of Toulouse and Bordeaux. Your drive, curiosity, and resilience will be key to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of sector managers to maximize field performance.
  • Implement organizational strategies that enable your team to effectively utilize available resources, including tools and trade marketing assets.
  • Analyze and manage the performance metrics of your region to ensure targets are met.
  • Negotiate and maintain agreements with regional clients, focusing on assortment, promotional strategies, and e-commerce initiatives.
  • Oversee the execution of agreements across all retail locations within your jurisdiction.
  • Collaborate closely with head office departments such as Key Accounts, Category Management, Trade Marketing, and Logistics to achieve the annual goals for each brand.

Candidate Profile:

  • Possessing a Bac +5 degree, you have a solid background in supermarket operations and management.
  • You are open to relocating to the Paris headquarters within a couple of years.
  • Your proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is strong.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and seek a company that fosters your professional growth.
  • Characterized by strong convictions, autonomy, product awareness, and a commitment to customer service.
