We are part of a national network of associations that work together to promote affordable housing and provide administrative, technical, financial, and social assistance to those in need.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Chargé d'études Urbaniste H/F. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Piloting operations in collaboration with local authorities and property owners;
- Developing and implementing a Program of General Interest for Housing and an Operationally Programmed Housing Improvement Program (OPAH);
- Providing technical assistance to property owners in preparing their applications for subsidies;
- Coordinating with local authorities to define their housing policies and support property owners in their projects related to housing (seniors, seasonal residents, young people, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and project management skills;
- Experience in housing development and community engagement;
- Knowledge of local regulations and policies related to housing;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
