About SOLIHA
SOLIHA is a non-profit organization that operates within the framework of the 1901 Law, and is part of the national network of associations dedicated to housing and urban development. We intervene in the service of the habitat project of people and territories, in its environmental and social dimensions.
We are seeking an Urban Planning Specialist to accompany local authorities in defining their housing policy and property owners in their subsidy application files. You will be responsible for animating a General Interest Program for Housing and a Planned Operation for Housing Improvement (OPAH), and will accompany project managers in setting up their projects related to housing (elderly people, combating vacancies, energy poverty…).
Key Responsibilities
- Pilot operations in relation with local authorities and partners, and animate technical commissions, steering committees, workshops, and activity follow-up reports.
- Conduct studies and program management for housing improvement (PDH, OPAH, and OPAH RU, PIG…), with presentation supports, dashboards, balances, and reports.
- Participate in responding to calls for tenders and setting up innovative projects.
- Accompany local authorities in their housing strategies: revitalization of old town centers and rural territories, combating vacancies, inadequate housing, ORT, ORI, and actions in favor of the energy transition of housing…
- Establish links between the various actions conducted within SOLIHA.
- Regular travel to the department.
Required Profile
- Higher education in urban planning, housing, development, local development.
- Knowledge of local housing policy would be an asset.
Desired Qualities
- Writing, analysis, and communication tool creation skills.
- Social skills, teamwork, versatility, autonomy, initiative, adaptability, negotiation, and organization skills.
- Good mastery of office software and geographic information systems (GIS).
- Compulsory driving license (B).
Working Conditions
37-hour workweek and RTT, meal voucher, telecommuting, and mutual insurance.
