Are you skilled in the craft of butchery? We are seeking a dedicated Butcher to join our reputable establishment, HELP'EMPLOI Chatte. In this role, you will be tasked with the preparation and sale of premium meat products in a vibrant and engaging work setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and properly store meat carcasses in refrigeration units
- Trim, cut, and prepare a variety of meat cuts based on customer specifications
- Display products appealingly in showcases and on shelves
- Provide expert advice to customers regarding meat selection and preparation techniques
- Ensure a clean workspace and comply with hygiene regulations
- Proven experience in meat cutting and preparation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team and handle pressure
- Certification in butchery or charcuterie is advantageous
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Full-time Schedule: 42 hours per week, Monday to Saturday
- Kilometer reimbursement
