KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis on the Indian diaspora and opportunities within India, generating both quantitative and qualitative insights. Establish a robust intelligence and reporting framework regarding India and its global community.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales and client database, including analysis and dashboards.
  • Manage and build a database of Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) and High Net Worth (HNW) Indians across various global markets.
  • Formulate actionable plans for client engagement and business development.
  • Lead analytical initiatives and derive strategic conclusions.
  • Create impactful presentations focused on opportunities and strategies related to India.
  • Design presentations for strategic seminars and conferences.
  • Collaborate effectively with international, regional, and market teams.
  • Work closely with managers focused on India affairs.
  • Plan and implement internal communication strategies to enhance understanding of India and its diaspora within Cartier at all organizational levels.
  • Develop collaborative action plans with regional and market teams covering retail networks, communication and branding, events, product offerings, client development, budgeting, and retail initiatives.
  • Engage in cross-functional action plans with internal departments including commercial, marketing and communication, merchandising, retail, VIP experiences, events, and heritage.

JOB PROFILE

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical capabilities.
  • Proven success in crafting strategic presentations.
  • Experience and understanding of the luxury sector.
  • Business-oriented and strategic mindset.
  • Knowledge of India is advantageous.
  • Solid grasp of luxury clientele and business dynamics.
  • Postgraduate degree from a university or business school.
  • International experience with an Indian cultural background is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with retail operations is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Strong collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse environments.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in French is a plus.
