We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Regulatory Affairs professional to join our team at SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA.
About the Role:The Associate Regulatory Affairs role is a key position within our Regulatory Affairs team, responsible for supporting the development and implementation of regulatory strategies and policies. As a member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide expert advice on regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze regulatory developments and trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.
- Develop and implement regulatory strategies and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert advice on regulatory matters to internal stakeholders, including senior management and functional heads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest regulatory developments and trends, and provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A law degree (at least Masters) and relevant experience in regulatory or related topics.
- Approx. 4 to 7 years of experience in regulatory affairs or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex regulatory information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks and projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
