About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Management Leader to join our team at L'Oréal. As a key member of our Cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Management framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Management framework that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the implementation of Cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards across the organization.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating identified risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Cybersecurity is integrated into business operations and decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, business partners, and external vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging Cybersecurity threats and trends, and provide guidance on mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Management frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate complex Cybersecurity risks.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
