IT Support and Inventory Specialist Role

At Qonto, we're looking for an IT Support and Inventory Specialist to join our tech team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our employees have the best possible experience with our internal technologies.

As an IT Support and Inventory Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing our asset inventory, stock levels, and orders. You'll work closely with our onboarding specialists to provide a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners, ensuring they receive the necessary devices and equipment on time.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and monitoring our asset inventory, stock levels, and orders
  • Collaborating with our onboarding specialists to provide a best-in-class onboarding experience
  • Participating in various projects, including setting up and maintaining device management solutions and inventory software
  • Coordinating with our hardware and logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely operations
  • Providing support and assistance to our users, including password reset, account access, and macOS/iOS troubleshooting

As an ideal candidate, you'll have:

  • Solid experience in managing stocks and supporting customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
