Missions

Accueil et orientation

Maîtriser l'organisation de l'agence et ses activités pour orienter son interlocuteur Maîtriser les techniques de communication orales et écrites (face à face, mail et médias numériques) S'exprimer dans un langage clair et adapté au profil de l'interlocuteur et aux types de supports médias Recueillir l'ensemble des informations nécessaires à l'analyse de la demande pour l'orienter

Analyser la demande et orienter le client (à l'oral et à l'écrit)

Sélectionner l'offre commerciale de l'agence adaptée au risque client en la traduisant en termes de bénéfices pour le client/prospect Présenter un argumentaire de vente construit et pertinent

Production et gestion du contrat d'assurances

Rassembler les pièces nécessaires et les organiser selon des procédures administratives définies

Développement commercial

Concevoir et déployer des actions commerciales

Adapter son approche commerciale au profil du client (particulier, entreprise,...) Appréhender les cibles clients, le marché, les produits et ceux de la concurrence pour adapter son approche commerciale Appliquer et suivre la stratégie commerciale définie par l'agent Participer au suivi de l'activité commerciale Mettre en œuvre, relancer et suivre les opérations commerciales Concevoir les outils et supports des opérations commerciales Contribuer à l'adaptation des documents commerciaux en conformité avec la réglementation

Développer un portefeuille client et conquérir de nouveaux clients

Alimenter et gérer un fichier client Mener des actions de fidélisation (ex : enquête de satisfaction) et/ou de multi-équipement (vente additionnelle, vente rebond)

Profil

Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation en Comptabilité / Gestion ou Banque et Assurance (Bac+3 minimum validé) Vous êtes sensible au bien commun, à l'écoute de votre équipe et vous favorisez la coopération Vous savez faire évoluer vos pratiques pour progresser dans le cadre qui vous est fixé Maîtrise des techniques de vente, de prospection et de négociation commerciales Connaissance de son entreprise, de ses produits et services, des caractéristiques et procédures de contrats correspondantes
