Senior HSE Coordinator

As an HSE Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in promoting a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the quality department to set up an efficient document repository for HSE procedures, instructions, and operating modes.
• Work with the maintenance department to implement actions that limit energy consumption on site, focusing on environmental and financial aspects.
• Support the HSE manager in training, communication, audits (internal and external), and prevention activities.
• Contribute to risk management and improvement actions, including single occupational risk assessments and chemical risk assessments.
• Prepare the HSE MASE renewal audit report and conduct audits at customer sites.
• Ensure the safety and compliance of the high-pressure test area, following Flowserve's policy and collaborating with various teams.
• Implement 5S continuous improvement actions to minimize safety risks.

Requirements:

• Strong English language skills (reading and writing).
• Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work autonomously and take initiative.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is around $60,000-$70,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
