Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Flowserve's Arnage site.

About the Role:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
• As a key member of our project management team, you will develop and lead cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal partners.
• You will be accountable for financial performance, risk management, and scheduling, working closely with colleagues to meet business objectives.

About You:

• We require an individual with a degree in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering, holding a certification in project management (PMI) or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management is essential, with a proven track record of delivering projects in the nuclear market.
• You should possess a sound understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, and electro-mechanics, as well as experience in executing nuclear projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project, document control, and risk management software, is necessary.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French are required, with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Professional certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2, would be an asset.
