FIDUCIAL - Accounting Expertise Manager

FIDUCIAL stands as a prominent entity in the realm of accounting and consulting services tailored for small to medium enterprises, boasting a vast network of agencies across Europe and a significant market presence in France.

We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Expertise Manager to join our FIDUCIAL TOURS agency in a full-time permanent role, where you will become an integral part of a collaborative and vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing a varied client portfolio including SMEs, professionals, and small businesses
  • Maintaining accurate accounting records and preparing tax submissions
  • Finalizing and reviewing financial statements
  • Offering strategic advice to clients

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will play a vital role in fostering agency growth, enhancing client satisfaction through advisory services, and acting as a technical resource for your colleagues.

Candidate Profile:
  • Possession of at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law/Taxation, Economics, or Finance
  • Significant prior experience within an accounting firm
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks
  • Strong dedication to customer service
