Your RoleIn your capacity as a member of the Asset Management team based in Paris, you will represent the Macquarie Asset Management Real Estate Core/Core Plus portfolio across Europe, overseeing the management of real estate assets. You will hold operational accountability for a diverse range of properties within the European real estate portfolio.
What You Bring- A seasoned real estate expert with a minimum of five years' experience in investment or asset management, particularly with office properties and other types (residential, mixed-use, retail).
- A comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate, with a primary focus on operational office spaces, and ideally, experience in retail and logistics.
- Strong financial acumen, legal knowledge (including French real estate and contract law), and technical expertise in property management.
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects is essential.
