eFront ERM Project Management Associate

Overview of the Position

In the capacity of a Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery and administration of eFront solutions. Your role will necessitate exceptional organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects across various European locations simultaneously. Superior interpersonal abilities will be essential for collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completions. The eFront Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) application is a versatile web-based tool utilized by over 60 clients in sectors such as insurance and banking globally. The primary objective of the eFront ERM professional services team is to accurately configure these applications based on specifications provided by project managers, business consultants, or directly from client representatives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume comprehensive responsibility for the delivery and management of projects, focusing on scope, resources, timelines, and budget for the eFront ERM solution.
  • Establish target objectives and develop detailed project plans, leading and communicating any deviations from the original plan.
  • Actively monitor and control projects by identifying, tracking, managing, and resolving issues and risks, while providing necessary internal and external reports.
  • Facilitate project meetings and collaborate with team members to reach consensus on significant matters.
  • Clearly communicate requirements and lead expectations to ensure accountability among all team members and partners for the project's success.
  • Conduct workshops to identify and document customer requirements and draft specifications.
  • Engage in the parameterization and configuration of the eFront ERM solution to align with client expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants and developers throughout the design and implementation phases.
  • Manage project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), weekly status updates, issue/risk logs, and time analyses.
  • Analyze and estimate project costs and forecasts.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders on the client side by managing expectations, ensuring effective communication, and addressing potential escalations.
  • Coordinate interactions with internal teams, particularly the product team for enhancement requests.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration among internal development teams.
  • Define and monitor the schedule and quality of deliverables.
  • Participate in the sales cycle to articulate and present the value proposition of services to potential clients.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Practical experience in packaged software implementation.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and handling multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal and external clients.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate activities related to application packaging, certification, testing, reporting, and deployment.
  • Client-facing and presentation capabilities.
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness.
  • Previous experience in financial services technology (insurance, banking) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Risk, Control, or Audit Management domains is a plus.
  • Technical skills, including application development, SQL, and scripting.
  • Project management certifications such as PMBOK, PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, or Prince2 are beneficial.
  • Proficiency in English and French.
