Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Project Manager to join our team at ZF Friedrichshafen AG. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading global, cross-functional engineering project teams to execute project work packages and achieve on-time delivery of program engineering development milestones.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop effort estimates, plans, and manage the engineering project schedule, including all major engineering activities.
- Manage engineering risks, report status, prepare contingency and mitigation plans, execute corrective actions, and manage escalation paths appropriately.
- Lead or support customer technical meetings to demonstrate schedule, technical design, and engineering process compliance and support strategic customer activities such as technology strategy updates.
- Own overall project engineering project budget.
- Masters degree in computer science, electronic, or similar.
- Knowledge and experience in project management process as well as assigned process activities, related work products, and work instructions, preferably in automotive/ADAS.
- Knowledge and experience in development of embedded systems in Automotive.
- Leadership skills in the context of project management (fostering teamwork, cooperation, and relationship building) and the ability to lead cross-functional, global aligned project teams with a large number of team members.
- Build accountability and ensure quality.
- Good presentation, moderation, and communication skills, including conflict management, as well as the ability to multitask, define priorities, make difficult decisions, and organize time effectively.
- Drive for results, promote efficiency, and performance excellence.
- Fluent English and French language skills required.
