Accor Hotels is seeking a skilled Maintenance Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with experience in leading teams and implementing best practices.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the maintenance function, providing reactive and proactive multi-skilled service on all operational equipment and infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve operational effectiveness, reduce equipment failure, and increase site efficiency.
  • Manage and implement improvement plans, driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements are met.
  • Recruit, supervise, and train maintenance team members, and provide technical expertise and support to the teams.

Requirements

  • Formal qualification in Mechanical, HVAC, or Electrical, or operational experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools and Outlook.
  • 3 years management experience.
  • H&S trained.
  • Ability to read and write risk assessments.
  • Energy management.
  • Budget planning, CAPX, and OPEX cost controls.
  • Proven experience of project management.
