About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced People Director to join our team at Stuart. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for implementing and executing a seamless People Strategy and OKRs, supporting the employee lifecycle and a great employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the CEO and Executive team to develop and implement a comprehensive People Strategy.
  • Lead the creation, implementation, maintenance, and alteration of workforce planning and organizational design.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Work Councils in France and Spain, ensuring effective communication and change management.
  • Collaborate with the Legal stakeholder group on high-risk employee relation matters and change management processes.
  • Oversee the COEs of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning and Development, Reward, Payroll, and Workplace within the People team function.
  • Work with the COEs to deliver key large-scale HR projects to a high standard of excellence.
  • Develop and implement robust processes and procedures across operating countries, ensuring they meet business needs and deliver high impact.
  • Implement agile practices, utilizing data to drive positive changes to the business.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a tech-based company.
  • Experience managing and mentoring HR professionals and People Leadership teams across different European countries.
  • High-level senior HR Generalist experience, comfortable working across a broad HR spectrum.
  • Suitably qualified in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • General employment law knowledge of France, UK, Spain, and the ability to apply new knowledge to working practices and ER-related scenarios.
  • People Champion - someone who is people-oriented, empathetic, and passionate about fostering an inclusive culture.
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment, open to change and adaptation, flexible.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with senior management, including the C-suite, with a commercial mindset.
  • Fluency in English and French.
