Spartoo is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our growing Greek customer base.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Greek-speaking clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their journey with Spartoo.

  • Client Relationship Management: You will manage client files by promptly and professionally responding to inquiries via email and phone. Your responsibilities will encompass assisting Greek clients before, during, and after their purchases, providing tailored solutions, and escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Language Expertise: Your fluency in both Greek and French will be essential for translating website content and other materials from French to Greek.
  • Continuous Improvement: You will actively contribute to enhancing customer service by participating in workshops and suggesting improvements. Your dedication to excellence will help maintain Spartoo's international reputation through consumer review platforms.
