Job Overview

The Senior HR Executive will play a critical role in ensuring the effective administration of the organization's payroll functions, including timely and accurate processing, and compliance with government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administering payroll transactions and ensuring compliance

  • Maintenance of HRMS system
  • Administration of government grants and support schemes
  • Development of ad hoc monthly financial and operational reporting

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of working experience in the F&B and Manufacturing industry
  • Prior experience in payroll
  • Good knowledge of employment legislation and statutory requirements
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource
