Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our Battery Industry Sales team at Dassault Systèmes. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business transformation and revenue growth in the mid to long term.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a cohesive sales strategy to drive incremental revenue growth of over 5 million euros each within a 3-year period for assigned accounts
  • Establish and nurture trusted executive-level relationships throughout all client organizational layers to foster a sustainable business for Dassault Systèmes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a strong presence at the customer's end and explore new growth avenues
  • Identify and convert leads into valuable opportunities through thorough sales engagements following a structured process
  • Provide precise forecasts for the current quarter, following quarters, and full year while building a robust pipeline to meet business goals
  • Handle negotiations with customers, ensuring compliance with Dassault Systèmes engagement processes, as well as governmental regulations, industry standards, and ethical standards
  • Manage both Dassault Systèmes and Client ecosystems throughout the customer journey to ensure overall satisfaction

Requirements

  • Education level: Bachelor's degree
  • Background: 0-3 years of sales experience in the software industry
  • Experience in Auto OEM / Battery, New Energy Vehicle industry is a plus
