About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Game Designer to join our team at Paradox Interactive. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and immersive gaming experiences for our players.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop design documentation for our mobile games
  • Collaborate with developers on technical prototypes and ensure the balance of added content
  • Define the balancing and progression of a F2P mobile game
  • Contribute to the implementation of monetization strategies and player retention
  • Implement design configurations through Unity / Git
  • Test gameplay and functionality
  • Monitor and supervise the development of features
  • Work as a team and communicate clearly with the rest of the team

About You

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a Game Designer
  • You have experience with released games (mobile or F2P)
  • You are creative and innovative while remaining attentive to the team and the target player community
  • You are sensitive to issues related to User Experience and accessibility on mobile
  • You are aware of technical feasibility and production constraints
  • You are versatile, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • You are organized, rigorous, and autonomous while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external teams
  • You are curious and possess strong analytical skills, staying informed about new developments and trends in mobile gaming

Additional Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of mobile games, especially city builders and management games
  • Passion for aviation (AvGeek)
  • Experience with Live Ops in a game
