Job Scope
The trainee will be part of the Innovation Cell Department of C&F, based in Gennevilliers. The primary responsibility will be to assist the team in integrating aesthetic and ergonomic features into new packaging concepts, with a focus on rethinking gestures for cosmetic formula application on the skin.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the innovation cell team on current projects to bring new ideas to the table.
- Manage personal projects from marketing briefs to 3D printing mock-ups.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with marketing teams.
- Create 3D mock-ups using 3D printers in the Innovation Cell Lab.
- Support the team in drafting customer presentations, including 3D renderings, PowerPoint presentations, sketches, and videos.
Accountability and Key Performance Indicators
Key responsibilities include:
- Encouraging innovative and creative solutions.
- Supporting the increase of quality in customer presentations with high-level renderings.
Required Profile
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Master's degree in Product Design or a related field.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in IT software, including Microsoft Office, CURA for 3D printers, and drawing software.
