Job Scope
The trainee will be based in Gennevilliers and work in the Innovation Cell Department of C&F. The main responsibility will be to help the team integrate aesthetic and ergonomic features in new packaging concepts and re-think gestures for cosmetic formula application on the skin.

Main Activities
Work with the innovation cell team on current projects to bring new ideas, manage own projects from marketing briefs to 3D printing mock-ups, work with marketing teams on brainstorming sessions, create 3D mock-ups using 3D printers in the Innovation Cell Lab, and support the team in drafting customer presentations (3D renderings, ppt, sketches, videos...)

Accountability and KPIs
Be proactive in finding new and creative solutions, support the team in increasing the quality of customer presentations with high-level renderings.

Requirements
Master's degree in Product Design or related field, fluent in English (written and oral), skills in IT software (Pack Office, CURA for 3D printers, drawing software).
