Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will cultivate a vibrant Tech culture at Hexa and contribute to the development of outstanding companies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Attracting Tech Founders
    • Collaborate with Hexa partners and the Talent team to refine the partnership process with Tech Founders;
    • Conduct comprehensive technical evaluations to assess candidates and share recruitment best practices.
  2. Promoting Hexa's Tech Culture: Act as a Tech ambassador to enhance and embody Hexa's Tech culture.
    • Organize engaging tech events featuring inspiring speakers and compelling topics to draw in more Tech founders;
    • Build and nurture relationships with Tech experts and communities to identify and attract top talent.
  3. Serving as a Tech Advisor: Foster a robust tech culture within our startup initiatives by providing insights on technical strategy, team development, and assisting founders in overcoming technical hurdles.
    • Define what to build (as opposed to what to buy): assist in transforming ideas into viable startup projects.
    • Share your expertise on best tech practices.
    • Support our Partners during the ideation phase by evaluating the technical feasibility of their business concepts: identify what is practical from a technology standpoint both in the short and long term.
    • Ensure teams are developing the most efficient and high-quality products.
  4. Development of Internal Tools: Internal tools are crucial for Hexa's acceleration and scalability.
    • Oversee existing internal tools, such as Zenvest, our internal club deal management software;
    • Take full responsibility for the management and development of new tools.

Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise & Leadership
    • A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Tech Leader;
    • Extensive experience in recruiting and mentoring tech teams, along with candidate assessment;
    • Proficient in FullStack JS with a hands-on approach;
    • Able to deliver code and iterate rapidly.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset & Independence
    • Experience in early-stage environments: prior experience as a Tech Founder is highly advantageous;
    • Ability to work independently, without additional developers, accustomed to minimal supervision.
  • Business Acumen & Product Insight: A comprehensive understanding of both the technical and business aspects of our projects.
  • Tech Enthusiast, Agile & Inquisitive: Stay informed about the rapidly evolving SaaS landscape (new technologies, libraries, and models).
  • Strong Networking Skills & Communication: Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
