Overview of the Directorate of Strategy and Stakeholder Support (DS2A)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Refine strategic directions for urban revitalization programs and future investments, continuously improving intervention methodologies.
  • Oversee project execution, including contract management and financial scheduling.
  • Implement a support strategy for urban renewal stakeholders and upcoming investments through training, operational assistance, and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the monitoring and assessment of urban revitalization initiatives.
  • Facilitate innovation and engage in forward-thinking discussions.
  • Manage international collaborations.

Key Duties (including potential travel)

As a member of the DS2A, the Project Coordinator collaborates with the Economic Development, Employment, Integration, and Urban Agriculture team, working alongside colleagues to strengthen the capabilities of urban renewal stakeholders. The coordinator will focus on:

1) Overseeing 'Les Quartiers Fertiles' initiatives:

  • Deliver technical guidance and expertise for project execution.
  • Coordinate with operational teams for contract management and project oversight.
  • Establish project evaluation criteria.
  • Engage external experts for project assistance.
  • Report to funding bodies.

2) Managing urban agriculture partnerships:

  • Collaborate with funding organizations and urban agriculture stakeholders.
  • Engage with diverse parties involved in urban agriculture.
  • Facilitate the advancement of urban agriculture projects.

3) Nurturing the urban agriculture stakeholder network:

  • Organize and energize the community participating in 'Les Quartiers Fertiles.'
  • Create tools and resources for urban agriculture stakeholders.

4) Providing expertise in urban agriculture:

  • Serve as a key resource for urban agriculture within ANRU and beyond.
  • Support local initiatives and contribute to the agency's strategic framework.

5) Contributing to departmental activities:

  • Assist in the execution of sustainable urban projects.
  • Engage in innovation initiatives and future projects.
  • Contribute to the strategic considerations of the agency.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
