Join Siemens Energy, a global leader in the energy industry, as a Regional Project Development Manager for Steam Turbines. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Western Europe region, focusing on complex modifications and upgrades of steam turbines and generators.

About the Role

As a Regional Project Development Manager, you will be part of the Western Europe Sales organization, working closely with the sales team, product competence centers, and other stakeholders to identify and develop new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing quotations and proposals for complex projects
  • Defining project strategies and integrating multiple product line offerings
  • Conducting negotiations with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Identifying equipment upgrade potential and generating customized proposals
  • Driving customer negotiations and ensuring internal approval processes are met
What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of technical sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or combined Business and Engineering
  • Knowledge and experience in rotating equipment
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with French preferred and Dutch and/or German an asset
  • Broad commercial and contractual understanding
  • Analytical thinking, decision-making, result-oriented, and good communication skills
