About the Role
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Market Access Strategist to join our team at ARTO, a multinational Pharmaceutical company specializing in developing innovative drugs. As a key member of our Global Marketing Organisation, you will play a crucial role in generating global insights from users, prescribers, payors, and contributors, contributing to our overall strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
Contribute to the development of pricing and market access strategies for both marketed and new products by:
- Analysing and translating technical P&MA information into recommendations and tactics in line with our overall strategy
- Supporting strategic pricing decisions for on-going launches, lifecycle management, and generics
- Developing payer value propositions and dossiers
- Generating insights to protect current business and grow revenue
- Supporting internal teams
- Aligning the Clinical Development strategy with external stakeholder preferences
- Providing input to pricing and reimbursement with Business Development deals
- Building strong business cases with the marketing team, integrating pricing and access challenges
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 5 years of market access experience within the Pharma or Biotech industry
- University degree
- Fluent in English
