About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Executive to join our team at Edgewell Personal Care. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our strategic plan to accelerate Europe's sustainability growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion sustainability initiatives internally and externally across Europe, aligning with our global sustainability ambitions and metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Global Sustainability team to drive and support the global agenda across Europe, ensuring seamless execution and communication.
  • Partner with third-party providers to define and implement the corporate affairs and communication strategy for Europe, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Lead and maintain an active community across Europe to educate, share ideas, foster innovation, and lead behavioral change, promoting a culture of sustainability within the organization.
  • Share best practices and sustainable initiatives internally and across all our brands, ensuring consistency and alignment with our sustainability goals.
  • Lead the implementation of our Sustainability goals to enhance goodwill and positive coverage for the organization, driving business value and reputation.
  • Proactively manage and monitor legislation requirements related to environmental, social issues, and ESG disclosure requirements, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure we are surprising and delighting them, exceeding their expectations with aligned common sustainability goals, driving customer loyalty and retention.
  • Work closely with our Marketing Community to ensure sustainability initiatives are at the forefront of all our brand plans, driving business growth and reputation.
  • Support the development and implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, promoting a culture of social responsibility within the organization.
  • Collaborate with our commercial teams to foster an environment for excellence, effectiveness, and continuous learning in sustainability, driving business growth and reputation.
Requirements
  • Passion, knowledge, and experience within sustainability, ideally gained within a Consumer Goods company.
  • Experience in planning, supporting, and championing sustainability initiatives, with knowledge of current business best practices.
  • Experience of EU customer collaboration, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Curious about sustainability and willing to push boundaries to challenge possibilities, driving innovation and growth.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify deep insights that can be used to inform future business strategies and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to grow relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
