Your mission

Yes, but what is the mission?

Within the Business Marketing Service department, your missions will be multifaceted:

  • You will ensure the smooth running of campaigns on various sales channels: plan, create, and route commercial animation campaigns via all available activations: email, SMS, push notifications, etc.
  • You will follow performance indicators and work on their optimization.
  • You will also work on the deployment of automated relationship programs and the sending of transactional emails to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction.

Customer knowledge, segmentation, and data enrichment

  • You will define and promote customer knowledge by developing segmentation strategies and criteria.
  • You will develop data collection and structuring mechanisms for customer data you want to have access to. You will propose new customer data capture strategies.
  • In close collaboration with the Marketing Data Analyst, you will study customer profiles and analyze purchase behavior evolution to provide new optimization ideas.
  • You will stay up-to-date on the latest innovations and best practices in CRM, Data, Marketing, and Customer.

Co-pilotage of projects (loyalty programs and sponsorship, CRM tools)

  • You will participate in the design and evolution of customer animation programs. You will be actively involved in refactoring and migration projects, in collaboration with other company services. You will ensure the success of these projects for the marketing service and the key user of new features or tools deployed.

Management of promotional animation

  • You will work in collaboration with the brand department to define and implement commercial activity management (PILAC).
  • You will create promotions to be relayed via available tools. You will analyze performance to propose the most suitable mechanisms for our objectives.

The ideal profile

With a Bachelor's degree in commerce/marketing, you have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally acquired in an e-commerce company. You master CRM tool management with an email builder (Braze knowledge would be a plus).

You have strong writing skills, are creative, and have a good eye for graphics.

In parallel, you have a data appetite, a logical and rigorous mind, and good business-oriented analysis and synthesis skills.

A knowledge of international e-commerce, mastery of English and/or Spanish would be a plus.

You are concerned about RSE and ecological transition issues.
