We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Manager to join our EU DSP Team at Amazon France Logistique SAS.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a strong background in communications, marketing, and program management. As a Corporate Communications Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that supports the growth and success of our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) in the EU.
You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement communications plans that drive engagement, trust, and adoption among our DSPs. This includes creating high-quality content, managing multiple channels, and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of our communications efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that supports the growth and success of our DSPs in the EU.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality content that drives engagement, trust, and adoption among our DSPs.
- Manage multiple channels of communication, including the Communication Center, newsletter, internal social forum, and in-person/online events.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of our communications efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communications and program management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Communications, Marketing, Program Management, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
