We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Manager to join our EU DSP Team at Amazon France Logistique SAS.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a strong background in communications, marketing, and program management. As a Corporate Communications Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that drives engagement and trust with our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs).
You will work closely with our team of high-performing communicators to create high-quality content that supports DSPs throughout their lifecycle. This includes developing and executing communications plans, measuring their effectiveness, and identifying emerging topics to develop proactive plans with stakeholders.
As a key member of our EU-DSP Communications Team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and contribute to the success of Amazon France Logistique SAS.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that drives engagement and trust with DSPs
- Create high-quality content that supports DSPs throughout their lifecycle
- Measure the effectiveness of communications and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop proactive plans and ensure effective and tailored communications
- Propose, execute, and scale new ways of creating and distributing communications that expands organizational program awareness and adoption globally
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, Program Management, or a related field
- Highly developed and polished written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs
