**Position**: Permanent Contract
Under the guidance of the Materials Manager, you will engage in the Supply Chain operations of the organization by overseeing the reception, storage, and procurement functions.
As a **Logistics Operations Supervisor**, your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Supervising and coordinating your teams**
- **Assessing team qualifications** and identifying training needs to enhance versatility
- **Collaborating with your superior** to establish and update performance and versatility indicators for your teams.
- **Encouraging skill development** within your teams.

**Procurement**

- Actively participate in the global Supply Chain projects of the group.
- Establish partnership relationships, particularly with strategic suppliers.
- Provide technical, logistical, or organizational proposals to enhance product quality, reduce total acquisition costs, and minimize lead times and stock levels.
- Input order information into the ERP system.
- Define order quantities and packaging with suppliers, considering storage constraints.
- Measure and enhance supplier OTD (On Time Delivery) performance.
- Implement necessary tools for supplier performance improvement.
- Prepare reports within your scope and communicate (monthly or annually) with the Group.
- Manage the small train and storage activities to optimize flows and meet production timelines and quantities.
- Ensure close collaboration between purchasing and procurement: supplier OTD performance and active participation in supplier positioning within the company's supplier panel.

**Storage/Reception**

- Oversee the reception and storage to minimize stock errors and waiting times for parts.
- Define the layout of the storage area based on production needs.
- Manage external storage and flows between the service provider and the storage area.
- Analyze discrepancies and stock adjustments.
- Address delayed purchase orders in receiving.
- Ensure the alignment of supplier invoices and receipts as per accounting department requests.

**Your Responsibilities**

- Ensure the completion of tasks assigned to your teams and their engagement.
- Maintain the skills and versatility matrix up to date.
- Be exemplary and a guarantor for your team regarding adherence to company rules and values.
- Be proactive in the administrative management of your teams.
- Coordinate internal and external resources based on needs.
- Stay informed about market trends (Marketing, Benchmarking, and synthesis) and anticipate technical developments to propose modifications in products and equipment used.
- Organize your work autonomously to achieve objectives set with your superior.
- Periodically report to your superior.

**Profile: Your Knowledge**

- Hold a Bac +3 level (DUT, professional license)
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Ability to lead and supervise a team
- Possess:
- A capacity for strategic thinking and a comprehensive vision
- The ability to perform cross-functional management tasks
- Strong oral and written communication skills, along with active listening abilities
- Capability to analyze workload and prioritize tasks based on urgency.

Organized, meticulous, demonstrating leadership and initiative, you are familiar with production management principles and possess analytical skills that allow you to adapt and anticipate work organization and logistical flows.
You have knowledge of specific tools such as ERP (Ideally Oracle).
