Responsibilities:- Product Design & Development: Define project scope, conduct feasibility studies, utilize analytical methods to develop innovative solutions, and ensure designs meet industry standards and customer requirements.
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, establish timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation measures.
- Team Leadership & Communication: Effectively manage cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment. Communicate project updates, facilitate meetings, and ensure clear information flow among stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and assess potential project risks. Develop contingency plans and implement strategies to minimize their impact on project objectives.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading new product development projects within an industrial setting.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
