We are seeking a highly skilled Flexible Pipeline Engineer to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our multicultural team, you will be responsible for designing flexible systems solutions, including pipe cross-section definition and subsea pipeline ancillaries' equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and identify main and critical design parameters
- Classify required design tools and parameters
- Write technical reports linked to performed studies
- Seek support from R&D department or challenge them for proposed design optimization
- Review design reports and technical analysis from other team members
- Prepare documentation for flexible pipe and ancillaries equipment manufacturing
- Respond to internal and external clients
- Engineering degree with a specialization in mechanical or hydrodynamic engineering
- Fluent in French and English
- Familiarity with Office Pack and Excel, with good notions of VBA or Python programming
- Autonomous and organized, with leadership and decision-making abilities
- Continuous improvement, innovation, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities
