Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy digital plans for our niche brands, aligning with our overall business objectives.
- Build and manage social media calendars, collaborating with agencies to optimize performance and engagement.
- Analyze paid media campaign reports, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate digital activations for new product launches, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
- Manage social media accounts, developing editorial plans, tone of voice, and fanbase growth strategies.
- Design and implement digital toolkits to support market communication efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and top-performing content, applying insights to enhance our digital presence.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and performance analysis, providing actionable recommendations.
- Audit e-commerce content and consumer digital purchasing journeys on key e-retailers.
- Develop data acquisition and loyalty strategies to drive business growth.
- Create newsletters editorial calendars to maintain customer engagement and drive direct-to-consumer (DTC) conversions.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent business writing skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to think creatively on social media platforms.
- Organizational skills, with a sense of responsibility and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Klavyo, Sprinkr, and Traackr (a plus).
