We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Legal Transformation team as a Legal Operations Intern. This exciting opportunity will enable you to contribute to the global legal transformation of Pernod Ricard, a leading company in the beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting the Optimization of Legal Service Delivery Model
- Assist in monitoring and updating project management tools to ensure clear visibility on project pipeline progress.
- Support the legal community in digitalization projects led and managed by the Legal Transformation team.
- Collaborate with IT, key business functions, and the global legal team to support the selection and deployment of digital tools.
- Contribute to the organization of workshops and webinars.
- Ensure meticulous organization of documents and materials within designated repositories.
- Contributing to the Promotion of the Legal Culture within the Company
- Support the preparation and organization of internal Legal Transformation committees and Global Legal Calls.
- Contribute to the creation and roll-out of the legal function's communication strategy.
- Prepare presentations as requested.
- Support on events and/or seminars organized by the Legal Transformation department.
- Support management of communication platforms and other communication tools to foster interconnection and collaboration within the Global Legal Team.
- Create dynamics, quizzes, and interactions with the global legal community using dedicated digital tools.
- Animate the legal function official channels by sharing news, updates, and relevant information to the legal community.
- Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Business Law.
- At least 6 months' experience in multinational companies in communication or marketing departments.
- Excellent level of written and spoken English (fluency in another language is a plus).
- Curiosity, dynamism, and proactivity.
- Ability to work as part of a team, open-mindedness.
- Flexibility, proactivity, autonomy, and rigor.
