We are seeking a skilled Security Researcher/Pentester to join our R&D Security team in Massy, France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing advanced security research and penetration testing activities to ensure the security of Ericsson's products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Perform white box pentests to identify vulnerabilities in Ericsson products and propose mitigations
- Conduct pentest audits for selected Ericsson RAN products or other Ericsson solutions
- Perform security research on topics related to Ericsson products, technologies, or protocols
- Analyze, reproduce, and answer questions or findings from Ericsson customers
- Present research work and findings through reports and presentations
- Collaborate with VA testers to create new test cases and perform basic pentest activities
- Contribute to the development of internal tools and share knowledge with other Ericsson pentesters
- MSc level in a technical subject area or equivalent knowledge
- Demonstrated experience in white box penetration testing and security research
- Excellent knowledge of test tools and programming languages (bash, Linux commands, Python, GO, Erlang)
- Experience working in an R&D organization community
- Agile mindset, innovative, and open to learning
- Strong communication skills for presentations and reports
- Ability to work in a global organization with teams across the world
- Good English language skills (writing and conversation) and additional French language skills a plus
