As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation, and implementing best practices to guarantee efficiency and performance.
Quandela is a dynamic company with a strong focus on innovation and growth. Our team consists of over 80 talented individuals, including researchers, engineers, and support specialists. We are committed to open science and community-oriented approach, making our full-stack quantum computer available on-premises and in the cloud.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a CIO/IT Manager role, preferably in a scale-up environment. A strong service orientation, problem-solving skills, and ability to simplify and drive change are essential. Proficiency in Windows, Mac OSX, Linux, and major SaaS productivity applications is required.
This is a high-impact role that requires strong technical skills, including hardware and software management, network administration, and security principles. You will be responsible for managing a team of two, supervising IT operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
A competitive salary of €120,000 per year, including profit-sharing and a company savings plan, as well as a sustainable mobility bonus, public transport subscription, and Gan Health Insurance. Strong potential for rapid career development within a growing company.
