Production and Renovation Scheduler

Experconnect is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production and Renovation Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining production and renovation schedules, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing visual aids for operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Management: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date production and renovation schedules, taking into account project timelines, resource availability, and capacity constraints.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project leaders to ensure seamless project execution, identify potential roadblocks, and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
- Capacity Planning: Analyze production and renovation capacity, create capacity models, and schedule resources accordingly to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Task Assignment: Assign and schedule tasks on a short-term basis, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Visual Aids: Design and provide visual aids, such as Gantt charts and timelines, to support operational teams in understanding project progress and requirements.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report on production and renovation data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure data quality and EHS compliance, maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Language Proficiency: Intermediate level of English
- Software Skills: Proficiency in MS PROJECT or PRIMAVERA
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Gantt charts and timelines
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work autonomously
