AFPA is seeking a skilled and dedicated Electronics Trainer to join our team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in empowering individuals with the technical expertise needed for successful careers in the electronics industry. You will design and deliver engaging training programs, assess skill development, and guide trainees towards professional integration.
- Training Delivery: Develop and execute comprehensive training sessions tailored to enhance the skills and qualifications of our beneficiaries. Your curriculum will align with industry standards and prepare individuals for employment opportunities in the electronics sector.
- Certification Support: Implement certification processes to validate the acquired skills of trainees, ensuring they possess recognized credentials that demonstrate their competence.
- Technical Expertise: Oversee the functionality of our technical platform, ensuring it remains up-to-date and effectively supports training activities. Your in-depth knowledge of electronics will be instrumental in maintaining a robust learning environment.
- Collaboration and Guidance: Work closely with a team to provide comprehensive support to beneficiaries throughout their skill acquisition journey. This includes assisting with professional integration, job search strategies, and ongoing career development.
- Industry Engagement: Promote AFPA's services to partner companies, identify client needs, and effectively communicate these requirements to the development department. Your understanding of industry trends will be valuable in shaping our training programs.
Your Profile:
- Possess a Level 4 qualification in Electronics or an equivalent level of experience.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic equipment manufacturing, with a focus on electronic board assembly and leadership roles.
- Hold an Electrical authorization BR and IPC A610 certification (IPC A620 certification is desirable).
