Job Title: Installation Mechanic - Elevator Assembly
We are seeking a skilled Installation Mechanic to join our team. As an Installation Mechanic, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by safely installing elevator and escalator units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install new elevators with quality and efficiency
- Work in a safe manner in accordance with all Environmental Health & Safety guidelines
- Liaise directly with customers while on site to build a good working relationship
- Conduct inspections before and after installation to ensure high quality and safety standards
Requirements:
- Qualification to install elevators to industry standards
- Driver's license (as necessary)
- At least 6 months of experience in the elevator industry, ideally in assembly or installation
- Good electrical and mechanical skills
- Comfortable with plan reading and calculations
- Appreciation for technical products and new technologies
