Position Title: Customer Accounting Specialist
Position Overview:
- Oversee customer accounting processes for students financed by OPCOs
- Key Responsibilities:
- Verification of invoices, billing OPCOs and businesses according to established schedules
- Ensure seamless integration between billing systems and accounting software (Sage)
- Input payments and perform account reconciliations
- Conduct closure operations
- Monitor payment collections, addressing discrepancies and disputes with OPCOs and businesses
- Minimize outstanding receivables
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in customer accounting
- Familiarity with modern tools and software
- Strong numerical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and adaptability
