Job Overview

MBway is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring seamless communication across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecasting customer demand, processing orders, and managing logistics
  • Coordinating with our Swedish manufacturing facilities, commercial directors, and logistics partners
  • Resolving customer complaints and ensuring timely payment

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and French, with a third language a plus
  • Previous work experience in the commercial sector, preferably in international trade
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
