About the Role

The CTO Advisory Practice at Wavestone is dedicated to supporting our clients' IT functions (Chief Technology Officer, network managers, etc.) in their digital transformation projects. Our experts combine technological expertise (IoT, cloud, DevOps, intelligent networks, etc.) with organizational expertise (agile methodologies, Scrum, etc.) to accompany our clients from project scoping to deployment.

Our multidisciplinary teams address a wide range of expertise:

  • Digitalization of work methods
  • Transformation of IT services (data migration, IT integration during M&A, etc.)
  • Transition to next-generation networks (5G, SD-LAN, IoT, etc.)
  • Support for the construction of agile digital platforms (cloud, web platforms, APIs, etc.)
  • Cloud deployment
  • Sustainable technology adoption

We work closely with the most innovative actors (major cloud providers, startups, expert associations, etc.) while remaining independent in our commercial approach. This allows us to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies (generative AI, blockchain, etc.) and their potential benefits for our clients.

Objectives

During your experience, you will discover the role of Analyst (Junior Consultant), with contributions in French and English on various topics:

  • Client operational missions within project teams, with a responsible role and opportunities to develop key skills expected of a junior.
  • Rich internal projects: training, commercial development, startup radar, internal life, etc.
  • A research work around a prospective and innovative subject (among the challenges mentioned above) allowing you to enrich your academic knowledge and that of the firm, to delve into the subjects that are currently topical for our clients, and to grasp the recognized methodology of Wavestone in consulting missions.

Requirements

As a graduate from a top engineering school, business school, or university, you are attracted to consulting and possess a strong interest in IT.

You want to develop skills related to the consulting profession and organizational transformation issues.
